My item is the book Stumbling on Happiness by Daniel Gilbert.
Why did you choose this item to share with the library?
I chose this book because I read it describes what it means to be happy. What the science of the brain is to make people happy, and why happiness feels the way it does.
What is your major?
I am a Philosophy Major.
What was the most memorable/useful thing about working in the library?
My most memorable thing about working at the library is sharing tea with Jack in the morning!
What advice would you give to incoming SSU students?
Freshman, it will take a while to find your people and adjust to college. But take that time to learn how to do things on your own. (Also don’t use the Stevenson elevator it breaks all the time.)
What is next for you?
I will be taking a gap year then attending law school in 2021.
