Feeling Stressed?

The end of the semester is a high-stress time - it's easy to feel overwhelmed by too much work, which then makes it hard to focus and actually do the work. We understand! For SSU students, Counseling & Psychological Services and the Student Health Center are great resources for taking care of yourself when stress starts to interfere with your life and health. The library also has a number of self-help books and videos on stress management. Here are a few suggestions: Stress Management for Dummies by Allen Elkin Stress Management and Prevention: Applications to Everyday Life by Jeffrey A. Kottler and David D.
