#FinalsCountdown: Get Some Research Help

Our #FinalsCountdown prep continues! Follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to keep up with helpful tips and Library resources as you finish off the semester. And share your own tips using the hashtag #FinalsCountdown! About ready to pull your hair out trying to find that pesky, peer-reviewed source for your paper? Did you know the Library can help with that? Monday through Friday, the Library offers research help from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Stop in, ask for help from any Library employee, and a librarian will meet with you one-on-one to help you sift through our databases and find the resources you're looking for. Research help services are for all levels of research, says Public Services Librarian Nicole Lawson. "You can come in at any point in the research process from 'I haven't chosen a topic yet' to 'oh my god, my paper is due next week,'" Nicole says. Librarians are here to help you start your search, narrow it down, or decide which sources to use. And if you can't make it into the Library, don't forget that we also offer 24/7 chat services.
