Yoga and Stress

Yoga is an ancient practice designed to bring the mind and body into balance. Through breath, movement, and meditation, yoga promotes a calm, relaxed state of mind and can allow practitioners to find better concentration and a great sense of peace in their day to day lives. It can be a great tool for any busy college student, especially during the high-stress time of finals.
