Multimedia Group Viewing Request Form

The rooms listed below are available for instructionally related group viewing for groups of 3 or more. These are not meeting rooms. There are no computer workstations, projectors or active network jacks. You may reserve up to 3 consecutive timeslots per class. If you are making a last minute reservation during non-standard library hours (weekends and after 5pm week days) please phone 707-664-2597 instead of submitted a web form. All fields with a * must be filled out.

Group Viewing Room 2008 with 30" TV, VCR, DVD player: seats 20.

Group Viewing Room 2015A with 38" TV, VCR, DVD player: seats 20.

Group Viewing Room 2015B with 65" TV, VCR, DVD player & Laserdisc player: seats 30.

Group Viewing Rooms 2015A and 2015B can be combined to accomodate 50 people. Please check both boxes.

I understand I am responsible for setting up chairs and returning them to their original configuration. *
