Background
The John LeBaron Photograph Collection includes photographic negatives and prints from LeBaron’s work as a documentary photographer, recording regional and national history with his keen eye and artistic perspective. John LeBaron grew up in Valley Ford, hiking the coastal hills and valleys which would later become subjects of his work as a photojournalist and photography instructor.
Collection
Donated by Gaye LeBaron in 2016. The John LeBaron Photograph Collection includes six linear feet of prints and photo negatives from the 1950s through 2014. Framed photographs of some works in the collection are on permanent display in the Library’s Special Collections
