By completing this form, you grant permission to the Sonoma State University Library to upload your material to CSU ScholarWorks under the terms of the ScholarWorks license. This limited non-exclusive license confirms that you have the rights to deposit this item into ScholarWorks and gives SSU permission to permanently present it openly online. Your permission is non-revocable.

Under this agreement between you and the university, you retain all the rights you had to this item before deposit into CSU ScholarWorks, such as making copies available on other websites or publication in exact or revised forms. NOTE: Authors who want to submit a work for subsequent publication are advised to check publishers' pre-publication requirements.
